Creative Project Manual

Dear bidders, I'm looking for a motivated writer to complete my project manual which should be totaling to 12.000 words. Just to give an idea ... the manual is about an all-around creative project, which I have designed, delivered to and ran for the company for which I'm working for. The purpose of my thesis is to compile the findings into a proper manual and the resulting best practice from the four years the project has spanned. Also the basic question of the research is whether or not this project can continue to exist and in what form? The main idea behind this is to effectively practice work-based adult learning within our company's four walls. I can provide you with the submitted project agreement from which you can extract lots of information, including my own reflective self-evaluation (5000 words). There is a separate document available covering the methodology for the particular project (4000 words). Furthermore I have already completed my qualitative research by conducting focus-group interviews and have compiled the results into a separate piece of work counting close to 6000 words. There is a complete project layout available. Finally a complete website covering the project's four years with the official audio-visual material. As you can read most of the parts are already available; crucial parts that are missing are the sections covering vocational training and adult learning, the conclusions of the research and the propositions. Of course there are sections that have to be re-written, but I believe that we have most of the information available. The manual has to be ready by mid February. I hope to hear from you soon.
