Associate Consultant • Supporting the invoices for payment by using the SAP ERP called SAP-R/3 Finance. Handling all General expenses of the company by paying them regularly at their due dates which is most important to smooth run of the company day to day activities. • Coordinating with the vendors to reconcile their statements of past due invoices, resolving the discrepant invoices which are held from payment and having them paid. • Interacting with the sales/store persons on purchase order discrepancies. • Communicating with the vendors to identify and resolve invoice discrepancies. • Helping the colleagues in resolving discrepant invoices and training new members in SAP-R/3 Finance • Preparing and circulating reports from our client to meet management requirements. • Identifying the nature of the invoice in main work flow and moving them into respective buckets in GR • Processing FI and 3way matching invoices in GR • Parking the invoices with queries and send them for required approvals • Submit daily workflow details to Team leader
