hi I have been working on android platform for 4 years. Now I'm at Samsung R&D Institute as software engineer. I'm really interested to work android user dictionary. you can use GCM (Google cloud Messaging) push notification to notify clients about the update. How do you want to sync the application to update external data??? Hope we'll discuss in details. regards
