Hello, I would like to make a basic c# Application or WebServices which use betfair API (Non Intractive Login) which allow me to view real time rates. No more design, i need data should be refreshed real time. I want all live rates to be displayed in mobile, if you can crack that, it's advantage. Having very small budget, for a small [login to view URL] all goes well as expected, more work to come. Feel free to ask questions.
