I can give you an awesome idea and build you an app, which will earn you money. The only problem is - your budget is 1000 rs, why would anyone give idea and build app for you in 1000 rs? I can make an app myself and earn myself. (So I think, with this budget no one will be able help you, even if they wanted to) :) to build an app that users love it needs at least 30-90 days. So 1-3 months of full work, so it can go to market, and compete with other apps. Let me know your thoughts about budget and time etc
