The basic features of any controlled community app would be I suppose, users creating groups and inviting other to join via invitation links, share images and videos, make request to any group admins to join groups, search any member across the community and message them in personal, can exit group at any time, group admin can make others admin too. The required technology stack would be Kotlin with android studio and Swift with Xcode for android and IOS apps respectively.
