I need code for React Native blockchain chat decentralized mobile App with P2P encryption Developing platform is Windows : so I do have ONLY Windows computer Clear instructions needed how to install and use code Fully decentralized APP for Android and iPhone (NO SERVER used) : 1 app is installed on each client mobile 2 they communicate independently 3 encryption for client to client 4 messages history is kept properly 5 communication one to one or between group members 6 only text messages 7 only privet key (no public key) For example customize some code from GitHub (only not restrict licence ) or give me your own code BUT plain code : NO Ethereum or etc
