I need a compact device to incorporate a GPS tracker and a small speaker that can emit a range of sounds on command by wireless signal from a smart phone. I need programming for the device, and for Android and iPhone apps. The phone apps must track the device in real time and store a tracking history, send sound commands to the device, accommodate assignment of various sounds to keys, recording of sounds that can be assigned to keys, and a limited degree of programming, e.g. setting a distance between phone and tracker at which the phone would sound a tone on the device speaker as wells as a notification on the phone. Ideally, I'd like someone who could go from basic programming through to hardware, but I can find someone else to do the hardware as long as the program/design provided would serve as a plan for the hardware assembly.
