Concept Video (must be visually appealing)

I'm looking for a skilled video creator who can create a compelling concept video brimming with creativity and innovation. The video will be less than a minute long, aiming for a brief, high-impact message that sparks interest and action. There should be two scenes in this video like shown in the attached document. The first scene will just display the project name with some creative line drawing. This scene needs to be simple, professional and catch the attention of the audience. Scene two is intended to show a four pieces of a puzzle in motion to formulate a cloud portal image. Each puzzled piece should be displayed one at a time and then assembled to a the cloud image. The title of the project would be displayed in the center of the cloud image when all assembled. Next, a box image with text "MDM" should be displayed with interacting arrows. Finally, three long oval (or bars) shapes will be displayed listing the key benefits of this concept. New scenes will be added to this video later so this is just the start of a bigger project.
