Drawing and animation - dancing carrot with eyes, hands, legs etc.

Hello! I need a drawing and simple animation of a dancing carrot with eyes, hands, legs, etc. The drawing needs to be a vector file with background transparency, so I can use it on different backgrounds. Also, I need three backgrounds with this image, but as separate files. I will provide a photo of a female face on which this image should be based. Then I need it to be animated, but not too much. The carrot should be in front, dancing and opening its mouth to the lyrics of a simple song, etc. The whole thing should be very positive, colorful, happy, fitted for babies .
