I will like to read a flat file, get one of the field and use the last 10 digit of this field in each line to check if a duplicate of occur in any line. The script should just print the line that is duplicate and how many times it is duplicated or with which line it is duplicated. I will supply the flat file and highlight the particular field

it's an easy task to be made. I will use regular expression to identify the first 10 digits, then I will run on the entire file to locate same fields in upcoming line and match last 10 digits again. If you'd like it can be done on everyone of the 10 digits in the file. Send me the file and accept my bid, when I see your email tomorrow I'll get on into it.
