This is an Art based App. it will need to be lockable with a pin code, will need up to 7 art teacher's phone numbers to saved in the app so that these people can be SMSd simultaneously. It will need to be linked to an art group's website. It will need to be able to play 16 videos which need to be able to play in the app. The app also needs to display 12 interactive ebooks that users can send to the 7 art teachers as an email.I am not too fussed about the design. I just need it to work. I am new to this website and i know that you charge by the hour, so I guess I am really asking how many hours you would need to build the app and get it onto the i-Store and Play store for me. I need it compatible for iPhone, iPad, and Android
