Data Mining and Article Submissions

I have some work that is of an urgent nature. I need at least one or two article writers that can also provide a database of submissions (URL,Name,ETC). I also need to have my product internationally marketed to a select group of industry leads provided by you. My domain name is being auctioned off on Oct 18th. It requires some data mining to find the company and industry heads willing to buy or seek out this resource. The name is valued at around $10,000. We need a min of 1,000 leads, and your bid should be for: 1) Three press releases a. Industry Specfic b. Generic c. Personally Targetted 2. Several Articles on Investing in Domain Names, recently sold premium names, etc. 3. Create a Database and list as to who you submit these to. Require ten articles, three press releases and multiple submissions (over 500) Please bid an hourly wage, or amount per genuine lead. Will not pay for broken or cancelled URL leads. Must have name, phone, and emai plus URL. You will be required to log each lead on our form, with the time/date you sent the press release, and log each article submission site, the date and time, and which article was submitted. Experience necessary. Please bid on entire project, including the writing and submissions, as well as the database formation. Domain Name and Industry revealled once selection is made. This needs to occur in the next two weeks. One US native English speaker, one Eastern Indian English speaker, and one UK/other European English Speaker.
