Memoir and self help book (not sure of name)

I would like a quote to have a book about my life that flows into a personal development book that helps adhd adult woman. My story will include details of my rollercoaster life leading to my diagnoses and how I now practice as a neuro coach helping others. I want the book to speak to the reader and captivate and inspire. My life has been full of hard lessons. Eating disorders, bullying, addictions, domestic violence, a struggle to make my life mAtter. I lost my home and business of over a decade. I have had to find resilience in myself while everyone else abandoned me. I want to highlight stats for the realities related to rural communities and how the fixed mindset paradigm that comes with growing up in rural communities leads to most of our issues within the economy. I want the book to shed light on the reality of trauma, family violence, addictions and our criminal systems. I then want it to all come together and point out why adhd may be one of the biggest root causes. The other half of the book I want to outline the 10 most important things I believe you need to do in order to change this on an individual and collective level. Each of the 10 points will deliver an explanation of why I chose it, how it tied into my healing and why I teach it in my coaching. The 10 points will be (are subject to change) 1. Brain and nervous system education 2. What's your trauma 3. Understanding your Brainprint 4. Locating your north star 5. Connection & relationships 6. Healing yourself first 7. Intention, values & belief 8. Mental hygiene & Brain training 9. Cultivating your environment 10. Action & mastery The 10 topics will be grouped into 3 phases understand, accept, change. I would also like each topic to come with workbook sections so they could make their own notes. Example- the topic on values and beliefs they will have a section to lists their own. I will also offer a free mini brain assessment or the opportunity to have their own full assessment done. The final section of the book I would like a special message directly to the woman who think and know they have adhd and conclude the book with an inspirational message to them. This is my first book and maybe my only. I want it to be affordable but also to not suck! It's overwhelming looking at all the options out there but you are my first contact so fingers crossed.
