WANTED: ASP Developers

Hello All, We are currently looking for QUALITY ASP and ASP.Net programmers who have an excellent knowledge in XML, Java Script, VBScript, and C #, JSP, FLASH / CSS / HTML, with SQL and Access database. We are NOT LOOKING for an AGENCY or DEVELOPMENT COMPANIES, but instead of a hard working, dedicated Individuals to join our staff of developers who work from home or office. This could be on a 20 to 40 plus hours a week with a good long-term position. Extensive ASP and ASP.Net programming skill is a must with the following, XML, Java Script, VBScript, and C #, JSP, FLASH / CSS / HTML with Clean & Clear understandable coding, including comments and documentations written in Good Understandable English. Code should be compatible with MS Access, MSSQL, and MYSQL and deliver well optimized queries on Windows NT Server. Typical project would involve our design team providing you with basic templates or fully built HTML pages. Projects don’t require any graphical design, but you would be required to put the site together, integrating pages with database, add enhancements and other modular, and adapt the site together with an administer panel and "bench tested" to be sure its stable and their are no errors anywhere. All Developers are required to sign a "confidentiality agreement" and estimate a time frame for each project they work on, and must make themselves available on MSN for communication with our project manager during working hours. Each project will be created based on either outline specification or a chat over MSN by our project manager.
