Build a Freight Forwarding & Import/Export Logistics Web Application In PHP or ASP.NET MVC

The web application must include 3 Levels of Users 1. Customer (Shipper/exporter/importer) 2. Service provider (Freight forwarder) 3. Admin (single user Master access) Actions of Customer • Can create an account, get verified through mail, and login to receive services. • Can receive new password if he forgot his password. • Can go through the profile settings and change password and other profile details. • Fill in the required service details and request for quotes. • Option to request new quotation. • Can schedule a demo meeting with admin through zoom app. • Create a custom service providers list and request quote only from them. • Can choose, select, book, and confirm the service through his dashboard. • Can view and download Invoices and different documents from his dashboard. • Can track the shipment (preferably using API link from service provider/service provider will physically input the location and timings). • Can receive updates from service providers. • Can schedule a meeting with the service provider through zoom app (Session will be recorded for audit purposes). • Can give feedback and rating to the service provider once he received the service. • Can check the history of his enquiries and services received. • Can go through the news feed section and read the news posts. Actions of Service Provider (Freight forwarder) • Can create an account, get verified through mail, and login to receive services. • Can receive new password if he forgot his password. • Can go through the profile settings and change password and other profile details. • Fill in the details of types of services provided by him. • Can schedule a demo meeting with admin through zoom app. • Can receive quotation requests and provide quotations. • Can provide API link to track the shipment or fill in the date, time and location and expected delivery details in his dashboard. • Can upload documents for the availability of customer. • Can post updates for the customers. • Can check the history of the services he provided, and quotes given. • Can receive confirmation for customers bookings. Actions of Admin • Can register a service provider or a customer in system. • Can monitor the traffic of the website. • Can add or remove fields in forms filled by customer and service provider. • Can see the requests and status of those requests (like customer requirements, quotations from service providers, meetings scheduled, updated for the customer from service provider) made through the portal and send alerts or mails for those requests. • Can see the list of registered customers and their details in system categorically (company or individual name, Location, date of registration, number of quotations requested, no of services received with values, types of services received). • Can see the list of registered service provider and their details in system categorically(company name, Location, date of registration, number of quotations given, no of services provided with values, types of services provided, ratings given to service providers form the customers). • Can keep track of demo meetings requested from customers and service providers. • Can keep track of finances. • Can post or delete articles to appear on news feeds which are available for all customers and service providers. And these posts can be published on social media platforms. • Can send a mail to any customer or service provider. • Can deactivate / Activate any user account in the portal.
