installing a new page

I am supplied with new pages and updates to pages by my wonderful designer nightriver, for my website, www.matseld.is. I need someone who is very fast and very good at asp and html and very thorough to install and modify things for me from time to time. This particular project deals with the installation of the "print" template on www.matseld.is. While installing the template, you should also go over the surrounding code, attempting to identify areas that might need improvement, and suggest to me why and how they could be improved. The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills, be completely proficient at English, and should preferrably be available on MSN most of the time. (If he is available on MSN, then I will be able to contact him immediately when a project comes into my hands, and he can attend to it immediately. This way, a project can be posted, completed, and paid for, within a matter of hours each time.) Payment is through GAF only. The bid is placed in escrow at the beginning of project, and released upon successful completion. Thank you Jens
