Need set of signed plans for submission to plan check by City Bakersfield Ca Building and safety department. Plans must conform to the current Commercial Building Specification, details, calculations, and related City Commercial Building requirements. Successful bidder must have proven track record. Minimum requirement plans must conform to existing building code requirement, pass the plan check process so a building permit is issued by the City. This is an apx 2500 sf commercial structure with flat roof with existing fire [login to view URL] structure intact, 2x12 ceiling joist apx 22 ft span(rear unit) some fire damage to joist and dry wall. Front half 2x12 ceiling joist apx 22 ft span(front) smoke damage no fire damage. Repair damage rear joist and update electrical.
