you have to trace this house in auto cad by inserting this image to auto cad with pdf underlay and then align it and then scale it by using door way or any thing else in the image and also need to do thickness of the walls hatchings ,furniture ,doorways etc. the measurement should be correct in units or meter you can also research on this house online to make your work easier to find better image
