The Learning logs for my portfolio( 6 of these for 200 words or more) The structure of the Logs: 1. Trigger- in this section you can record an event, activity or experience which you consider is meaningful and significant enough to reflect on. for example: something your manager or colleague says or does, something that happened at work, either involving you directly or something you observed. 2. Reflection- explore how you responded to what you have described in the trigger [login to view URL] can include your feelings, thoughts and observations, and any improvement that you would have made. 3.Theory- Kolb refers to this stage in the learning cycle as 'conceptualisation'. This section provides you with the opportunity to explore and comment on the way that particular theories( about organisational behaviuor and about learning and development), link to the reflection.(what you learned). 4.Practice-in this ection you are required to comment on what you have learnt from the previous three sections. You should identify how you intend to use your new learning in the future. I am working as a receptionist in the hotel and I need to talk just about my work in these sections.
