IOS - Android application for Decor company

We need an application that will work in IOS and another one in Android .. Let me know the prices of each separately and the total for both. Example of it is: [login to view URL] . The application will be a gallery for images of the exterior and interior designs. . Let me know which category to go (lifestyle?) and where it will appear in app store (rank). . The ability to upload more picture in future. . The ability of notifications when new pictures added. . The ability to update the app in future from App store. . The images will be under categories and sub-categories like: Interior ---> bedrooms - saloon ... Exterior ---> Villa - Compound - Business office ... Preferable coders from Arabic country as we may need to make so names in Arabic.
