We are the owners of a downloadable software for educational purposes. We would like to have it converted to be a fully online access software. When users pay for use, they should be able to access the software online using a user id and password. Online users should be able to experience the same responses as they would from the downloaded software. The user interface etc should be identical. We will provide you with the existing software and whatever codes necessary. You will need to recommend the best coding languages to use for this project. A fully binding non-disclosure will need to be signed. Only experienced programmers should apply for this job as it is quite extensive. You must show us samples of related work you have successfully executed. Please Note: The online version should be usable on iPads as well, so no Flash is permitted. You will need to provide servicing upon completion of the project, under a separate contract.
