A little upgrade of Silverlight Audio Recorder

We have a simple Silverlight Audio Recorder which can recorder audio using internal microphone and playback recorded audio file. We need to extend a logic a little bit. 1) Decode a recorded audio into wav or mp3 format 2) Send decoded audio to .ashx General Handler This recorded uses in MVC 2.0 Application. And the file that recorder is going to send should have a special name that will be getting from MVC aspx page label.
