I know to create the service with good architecture and coding standards so that any modification or enhancement in future can be done easily. Please let me know the requirement and what kind of functionality will be required through this service. Also let me know the number of APIs(methods exposed to clients through service) required through this service (if it is analyzed). This will help me in understanding the requirement and determine the scope and size of project. I will use C# as programming language with VS2012 for that project.
