Sharepoint 2013: Simple Program - Modify Existing Default Views

I need a console application/project in C# that uses Sharepoint 2013 API that does the following on a Sharepoint 2013 web app. Must provide working project with source code in c#. Call the resulting .exe this way: "[login to view URL] http://mywebapp" 1 - Open the webapp using the api in c# (based on given webapp, args[0]) 2 - Loop through all Webs 3 - Loop though all the Lists for the given web 3 - Foreach list , verify if the default view is ordered by "Modifed Date" descending, if not, add the order by on the view for the "Modified Date" descending. [Internal name of field: Modified]. The resulting must be that looking at the list will be ordered by "Modified Date" descending (most recent on top).
