Freelancer will be responsible of cold calling list of pre determined for sale or rent by owner and ask them several questions about the property and record their information. Taking calls - calls will be coming in from advertising, these people will be calling in wanting to sell their house, record information. Taking notes - there will be an interview sheet about the property, ask them questions and record their answers. If not home leave a voice mail.
