Develop affiliate system for our CodeIgniter website

We are looking to add an affiliate system to our website. It is a booking website for allotments. The affiliate system should work like this: User gives affiliate link to their clients. When client sign up with affiliate link, the affiliate will receive a percentage of all the fees we are collecting with this user. This means, if the user makes a reservation, the affiliate will receive a percentage of the commission. If the user creates a new listing, the affiliate will receive a percentage off all future commissions we will collect for reservations on the users listing. On the admin panel, there must be the option to set affiliate commissions as follows: XX% for reservations made by user AND XX% for reservations made on users listing On the user Dashboard, we need to add one more section "Affiliate" where we explain how it works, how much they can earn, and show all their affiliate sign ups. One link will be added where they can see their affiliate account, with all transactions and money earned, with their current affliliate balance and with the option to withdraw the money OR convert this into travel credits.
