Compile and Encode Coldfusion Functionality

To learn more about Coldfusion's ability to compile and encode, please see the reference ([login to view URL]). I want a developer to create a CFC file that is very dynamic. There should be a function to compile and there should be a function to encode. I should have paramteters of the source and output directories. I should have the ability to encode/compile all files in the directory or just coldfusion .CFC and .CFM and .CFML files. All variables passed to the features need to be dynamic. I should have parameters that allow me to change the settings. The developer must create some test folders to prove that their functions work. The developer will not be given any code for this project nor be given access to my server. Example code can be found on the internet for their tests. I will do my own tests at the completion of this project. I must be 100% satisfied with the deliverable. I am in no rush to get this complete but I would like it done within a week or two. Let me know your timeline in the bid. Post the phrase 'cf guru' in your bid so I know you have read the bit in its entirity. Bids that do not have that phrase will be given a bad review.
