I am a college professor who teaches encryption and computer security on-line for a college in Maryland. I have been in security engineering for over 30 years, and program in python. I have written all the labs for my courses in python, and each lab has to do with encryption. I have studied data analysis techniques in python, and would use these, as well as my extensive experience in security to complete the project. All my python code is written to python standards, and completely documented using docstrings, again written to conform to python guidelines. I complete unit tests on the code, and have a Ph.
