Blogger Needed

We are looking for someone to write articles/posts on Real Estate blogs This project is for 20 blog posts of at least 400 words each. I'll only be adding 1 of your articles each day Monday through Friday (so 20 articles would last one month). The blog you will be writing for is about Foreclosures and real estate investing. Your posts must be original and pass the [login to view URL] test. No duplicate/copied content allowed unless used sparingly and the source is linked to. I will own the rights to the posts you make and you may not use them elsewhere. You can optionally use your name as the post author if desired. Please provide samples of your posts if you are currently blogging elsewhere. Lastly, While this project is for 20 posts, We are looking for a long term relationship for daily articles if We like your posts. We really need someone with blogging experience, so please provide us with your background on that. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
