Forex Trading: Stop-Loss Adjust App

Overview: I would like a program hosted in the cloud (maybe AWS) that would be able to adjust orders with a Forex broker and send alerts. I would ideally like a TradingView (PineScript) interaction. Additional expansion of this app is likely. Platform: AWS (open to other options) Exchange: Oanda (Forex) Interface: via web, mobile friendly. Security requirements: SSL for login Web interface so user can easily update API keys. Additional recommendations welcome. Purpose: To move stop-loss level when a certain price level is met. Workflow: Initial orders along with Take Profit and Stop-Loss levels will be initially set on the exchange directly by user. This app will move the Stop-Loss level when a price is met. Variables defined: W = Current price on exchange X = Initial Stop-Loss set by user Y = Stop-loss order on exchange A = User’s target 1 A1 = Target 1 SL level B = User’s target 2 B1 = Target 1 SL level. C = User’s target 3 C1 = Target 1 SL level. Logic: If W = A change Y to A1 If W = B change Y to B1 If W = C change Y to C1 Example: if I enter a long on EUR/USD at 1.3000 with a stop at 1.2000; when price goes to 1.3500 I want my stop to move automatically to 1.3100. Additional Feature: These variables could be predefined before a position is opened. Modifications: The variables should be able to be modified for each trade. Interface: Price can be entered as a price or pip’s Alerts: If feasible and reliable I would like alerts to interface and come from TradingView, so I can have push alerts on my phone. Additionally I would like the alerts on TradingView to change (or delete and add new) when the SL level changes to the new level. Required Alerts: When SL level has changed.
