Hello from the USA! I am a self-taught developer with a good command of Python3 and Java, including personal projects in backend frameworks like Spring and Django, mostly paired with React.
Although I am not in Africa/Pakistan, I am the perfect candidate for your startup. It seems that research and pre-existing domain knowledge is important for your project. I know a lot about the Computer Science/Programming learning process. Odds are, I have seen some of the questions before. I'm a great teacher and communicator.
I am willing to work hard and I type 90+ WPM. Just send me the details and we'll get going. I can't wait to help you and learn from the questions I answer. Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to hearing back from you.
Sincerely, Anthony.
Edit: Why would all of these other candidates want to work for cheap if they have 5+ years Senior experience in Java? I learned Java in AP Computer Science class during my 3rd year of high school. I learned Python through free, self-taught code-camps and personal projects related mostly to finance. I do not need to lie about my experience. These people are exaggerating their industry experience because they have no idea what the proper qualifications are. They have no idea because they're not actually in the industry, putting in the hours. They just want to make quick money. Make sure you pick someone who knows what they're talking about, otherwise your startup might fail.
