Hello For some reason I got an "invitation" to bid again on this project. Well your maximum price seems to be already high for this kind of lab work. I don't claim to be any kind of expert in Win32 api development, however I can say based on your pdf's description that this is pretty straightforward to solve with Visual Studio. If you are interested I could work this out, but firstly I would like to know about your deadline on this
