we've made several Automotive software products and it is time to start selling it in a professional manner. We want to use Copper CRM to give structure to this process. We need experience on how to setup all that makes it professional fun to use it every day. Please help us on how to speed up all that we can on this. Setup funnels, but also help on how it goes in practice on details. So a hand-on help with a few practice examples from an experienced user. We recently started using G suite for most of our routines, please also on that show us what possibilities are.

As a 1stL agent I was the contact person for the company Atos / İstanbul Kartal for all technical problems of the Siemens employees. I edited support tickets and prioritized the SLA's compliance requests. Instillation and ongoing maintenance of hardware and software. detecting malfunctions, checking alarms and troubleshooting were among my tasks.
