Field Service Technicians will; -Support users Desktop at company campus. -Support and update System administrators on incidents and problems -Monitor and report system performance -Document assets and equipment -Install and Test new devices -Maintain storage and inventory of assets -Remove and dispose of old inventory Field Service Technicians should have; Experience in Desktop support. Training, certification or qualifications in the IT area and have strong verbal and written skills and excellent customer service skills.

I enjoy interfacing directly with clients to help them solve their technology issues. While at Cisco I provided Tech Support for my group including Desktops, Macs and network devices. I currently, volunteer at the local YMCA as a Tech Support person and work with members. I am a certified Network Engineer. Thanks for your time and consideration.
