Looking for a smart, energetic and really well organized Assistant who is an expert in creating PowerPoint, wire frames, managing communications and online research. Really good at following up on [login to view URL] be open to challenges and learning new things. Think on your own and provide a recommendation based on the problem at [login to view URL] are looking for a pro-active all-rounder administrator / general assistant handle our day to day tasks. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, able to pickup bespoke software specific to this organisation. You will be an excellent communicator who can engage with your manager on a daily basis. Must have knowledge & proven experience in : 1. Data processing 2. Email handling 3.
