Compare Values between different years in Power BI

Looking for a solution to obtain the average of one column related to one year and compare with values of another year. Please check the attachement in excel file. Tab named "FactInvoicing" is the unique fact table and tab named "Target" is the pivot table that i want to obtain as result. I'm looking a complete example in power bi to resolve this.
