I have a .txt file with several hundred records that I would like cleaned up and converted into Excel. I also want to be abl to upload it into MS Outlook as addresses. Some of the data is worthless - headings, dates, etc. So project will involve removing any data other than the following: Company Name Address City State Zip Code Phone E-mail Certificate# I want to use this data to create an e-mail campaign and for printing mailing labels. So importing the data into my MS outlook program is critical. If you can create is in a format this is easy to import into outlook, that is ideal.
