Modify spreadsheet

I can do this easily. I have a spreadsheet in google that is used for scoring athletic competitions. I'm still having a few problems and can't figure it out. Specifically, zero scores aren't figured properly. If "high" is selected then [login to view URL] is ascending and everything works fine. If "low" is selected then [login to view URL] is descending and zeros are not figured into the number of results. A result of 0 should get a score of 0. If I change the formula to "=IF(H18>=0. . ." then all the 0 results get a score of 1. Also, empty cells get scores, which I'd rather not get scores. I18 should be 2 instead of 1, I19 should be 3 instead of 2, and I20 should get a 0. If I change the formula to H18>=0, then empty cells get scores. Empty cells should not get a score. Freelancer will provide new formula to correct this issue and apply formula to all sections properly. [login to view URL]
