Need Personal assistant to browse and get projects

I need an assistant who will browse freelancer sites and get projects for my team. the work and payment details are: 1. We will provide you our domain and technical skills based on it you have to apply for projects and win it for us. 2. Once a project is awarded to us we will check if the project requirement match with our skills and depending on it we will accept the project. 3. On every accepted project we will give you a 10% share. 4. Once we will complete the project and the payment from client has been successfully made we will give additional 20% share to you. We suggest you to bring small projects rather than growing for large scale projects and also verify the contractor work history before wasting time on it. Our main skills are C# and asp.net we will provide you complete skills document later. It is a good opportunity for those who want part time work and it also don't require any programming skills. You just need to sit 1 or 2 hours a day, but bid smartly.
