Stock Market Charting Desktop Application

I'm seeking a skilled developer to create a desktop application that draws stock market price charts. The application should be designed to work with historical data and 3 types of charts: - Candlestick charts - Line charts - Bar charts with cross hair pointer Additional features required are: - Create hart with two windows, main price chart and smaller window below dor oscilators , volume etc. Must be able to select folder or multiple folders such as NYSE or Nasdaq or others or combination Must show list of files in the folder/s. Must be able to input file name and it will find in list or if a match open the chart. Must show choice of line style ie either line or bar chrt with last Open Hi Lo Close Must be able to choose at least 3 moving averages either simple or exponentila and show if required Must be able to calculate oscilators and show on screen such as MACD, Traci and volume chart Ideal candidates should have a solid background in financial software development, particularly in handling historical stock market data and developing Windows desktop applications. Proficiency in creating candlestick, line, and bar charts is highly preferable. Creating and charting oscillators from formula such as MACD and TRACI necessary. Understanding of stock market and folder selections like NYSE, Nasdaq, etc., will aid the ease of this project. Create signals when conditions met. Scan data base of chosen folder/s for signal and show list. Must be able to select from list and view chart and keep list available.
