Help with Master's Thesis needed - Corporate Finance / Statistics, SPSS

Hi, I'm doing my Master in Business and writing a dissertation on a Finance Capital Structure topic (Empirical analysis of all-equity firms). 1. I'm looking for someone to discuss my topic on a regular basis, get feedback on my outline and contents for subchapters, especially methodology and hypotheses. Therefore, you should have an academic background in Finance to be familiar with Capital Structure theories and determinants of Capital Structure. (I estimate a few hours, 1-4, for the beginning, maybe some more in a few weeks - depending on the progress) 2. More importantly I'm also looking for someone (may be someone else than for the first part) who can help me out with my analysis part, where I probably will have to run logistic regressions in SPSS. So I need advise on how to run the regressions in SPSS with my defined variables. I have a dataset with around 10,000 observations. Also help on interpretation of the results would be great. (I estimate 5-8 hours in the first place, then again a few hours for the discussion part). Tasks 1 and 2 would be paid on an hourly basis as I cannot estimate the total amount of work. So in general, I do not need someone for ghostwriting, but an academic partner to discuss content, methodology and analysis with.
