Dear employer, I'm working on Gate characterization from past 1 year. I've designed basic gates like INV,NAND ,NOR ,TG(Transfer Gate) & D-Flip Flop by CMOS logic and simulated using spectra. Technology i've used is 90nm on PDK(Process design Kit). The assignment work in the documents is very similar to the work i did till now. I can assure you the completion of project with in the time and enough accuracy. All theoretical calculation will be given to you along with all equations for AC-Characteristics(Tplh,Tphl) and DC-Characteristics(NMH,NML,Vil &Vih).
