I have a PCB I need to shrink by 4cm and move 40 pin connector few cmץ Gerber files of my original PCB on my hands, so this job should take about 5 min for a skilled man

Hello, Unfortunately Gerber files won't help you. You need the projects files. Gerber are just for production. I saw your picture and we can create from it and the gerbers a project in Eagle. Relevant Skills and Experience I have 8 years experience in PCB design All of mu work is done in the automotive market where they have very strict design rules and complicated PCBs.
