I need someone to design a simple +12V circuit with a series of 4 "Ground/Pull Down" pulses of 32 ms each, separated by 16 ms. Attached is the 'scope trace. I need a list of components and a diagram (doesn't have to be professional) but functional. I need this to replace a faulty part in my car.

Have worked with analog electronics and am familiar with design of electronics. I can get the voltage level you have asked for with the help of micro-controller to give you the five volt pulse of 32ms and with gap of 16 ms as shown in the pulse waveform.
