Stated below my previous work experience:
In my last organisation I was working as a L&D specialist , managing L&D for 15000 employees across India from senior to junior level. In my 2 years stint @ Zydus I was also involved in learning transition i.e. classroom based training to technology based learning & though part of LMS configuration, implementation & execution. I have created manuals , policies which helps in smooth implementation of new technology , trained HRBP, leads & managed Admin role. Simultaneously, also leading employee engagement for Zydus corporate office.
Prior to Zydus Cadila I was handling HR Generalist role which comprises of manpower requisition, recruitment, induction, On-boarding, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, PMS , Exit interview & analysis & Payroll .
Adding further, I am visionary, result oriented, decisive , detail oriented professional with more than 6 years of experience. My area of expertise is plan, develop, create and implement system effectively with throughput and multitasking.
