Simple Website Design In Wordpress

Hi, I need a Wordpress website created with a focus on design for a Executive Consultant in the medical industry. The site's primary function is to introduce him, encourage sign up to his social networking sites and also capture leads via an Infusionsoft Autoresponder. The social networking links are a key focus here on the home page along with a short description & explanation. I will provide all copy. Other pages that must also be created are an About section, Contact and a /blog page. I want the Intense Debate plugin used preferably. I would prefer use of Thesis as a theme for which I have a licence but MAY be open to suggestions to use an alternative if the design is right. A BONUS will be paid for great work. This really is a simple design focussed project and I want to exchange ideas for the design before work commences. The inclusion of lite flash graphics/animation is encouraged to add another dynamic, but nothing heavy - the site must be fast. I am happy to duplicate a design that you have either created before or that we find. This is the first phase of a larger project & there will be a lot more work for the right worker.
