Two reservoirs of water one on top and one on the bottom connected by a channel. The channel on the far right is connected to the bottom reservoir and fill with water. 2 inch ID 3 feet high. Only 2 exits in this body of water, the far channel and the top channel. The reservoir are enclosed. I need to hold water in the far right channel with air pressure 3 feet high. The air pressure channel is 2 inch ID. What size do I make the reservoirs to hold the water 3 feet high. The top reservoir are not be more then 18 inches high from the ground.

This is basic physics problem, though the pictures are not that clear so cannot comment much but this type of problems can be easily solved just by balancing the pressure.
