Hello, I am wishing to take a case to judicial review but I first need to get it before a judge in order for the merits to be considered. I was subjected to a Police Information Notice against me of which I have appealed against it through the IPCC due to the Police Refusing to not record my complaint and investigate. I am deeply troubled by the conduct of the police and the abuse of power of which they have subjected me to of which will have significant detriment upon my job. Whilst I part accept a police information notice is not a criminal offence, it of course does get disclosed to public authorities such as disclosure and barring and which it is unfair and unreasonable justice. I need something to write my statement of claim in line with legislation by using the police reforms act 2002, human rights act 1998 article 8 etc.
