Language Localization - Europe Area for E-commerce website

We are looking for a localization and translation expert from Russian to Latvian for our e-commerce project.
The tasks need to be localized:
1. Category browsing tree (about 43k category paths, about 90k words - 45k unique words)
2. Attributes and Attribute Values: TBD
3. Store View proofreading (600-700 words)
NOTE: as a good examples must be used category names, attributes and values from Russian e-commece leaders like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (mainly for fashion).
NOTE: we need a 100% clean job. After the job completion the job will be given to another expert for proofreading.
